Should Fedora ask for a password when I come back from a suspend??

As far as I rembmber, it depends on the screensaver settings:

That works better for me, because I have the screen blank while I am still at the laptop, and do not want to enter the password when I go back to working with the laptop, but I do want it when I come back from suspend or hibernate. If I am going to be going away from the laptop, I lock the screen manually.
