Default Right click on window title bar in KDE

I've just upgraded to Fedora 16 from 15. The menu of window-titile-right-click
in KDE always appears on the top screen edge. Is this a feature or a bug?

Yup, it happens on a clean install of F16 as well.

If you ask me, it's a bug. I wouldn't know how to interpret such behavior as a
"feature"... ;-) Though I guess that menu is opened quite rarely --- if ever
--- in any typical workflow, so I wouldn't consider it a big issue...

Best, :-)

I open this menu very frequently. I have 8 desktops and need to move new
window to the proper desktop. It's a annoying bug to me.

Yeah, it makes KDE basically unusable for me. Lack of activity in the
upstream bug is ... disappointing.
