It was working under F15, before the upgrade. Now,

systemctl httpd.service start results in

# rpm -qa |grep mod_perl
mod_perl-2.0.5-5.fc16.i686
mod_perl-devel-2.0.5-5.fc16.i686


httpd -S doesn't report any config problems.
