Default F8 to 9-Alpha

Greetings,

Is there a doc or a faq that will take you through the proper process
to upgrade from F8 to 9-Alpha?

The generic process is documented in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Testing.

You don't really want to go to the alpha. I suggest either using yum to
upgrade to current rawhide or wait for the beta to be released next week if
you want to upgrade using media. Things are significantly better now than
they were around the time of the alpha.
