Default Video DVD is not playing

Made a fresh installation on an HP notebook.
Everything is o.k. but Video DVD don't work (Data DVD and CD are recognized)

when I insert a Video DVD (UDF format I suppose) nothing happens.
Libdvdcss package has been installed from Remi Collet package on this
computer, on the other one it was installed from livna.

This is the output of cd-info:

Are you expecting something to happen just because you inserted a disc?
Is your desktop set up to run an application for you?
Can you manually play a video DVD? (Try vlc or mplayer.)

Here a very good app for installing the video players and codecs, even
libdvdcss in Fedora.

when I insert a disc, I am usually asked which application to use.
CD data, CD audio are fine, some video DVD are fine, a set of video DVD
cannot be played (they are not mounted, I presume)

When I insert that particular DVD (but it is a set of commercial
cartoons) I get:
