Default f16 patches

The grub2 patch is handy for dual-boot systems so we don't have
to rely on the order in which grub2-mkconfig places the menu
entries. Might even be worthy of a release blocker.

The other one's a low-risk fix for an odd use-case (user selects
grow up to $base_size).

Ack to both.

Default f16 patches

Patch 1 is a corrected version of a recent patch to check metadata
format for md arrays being used as bootloader stage2 devices.

Patch 2 converts to using ext4 for all ext filesystems. This will
eliminate most of the "scanned format (ext3) differs from fstab"
errors from users mounting ext[23] as ext4.

Patch 3 makes more robust the method for updating the
partedPartition attribute after committing a new partition to
disk.

Patch 4 fixes bugs caused by not unmounting root candidates that
have broken/missing rpm databases.

Ack to all of those. I'm ok with them on f16-branch.

Patch 3 can wait until after beta.

The other three are all still being tested but are intended for beta.
