Default Fedora14 64bit cannot shutdown properly intermittently when force off the whole system (press power button on PC)

I have Fedora 14 64 bit with XEN4.1 on an Intel sandy bridge PC, when I press the power button on PC to shutdown, sometimes the fedora cannot shutdown properly and hold there forever. Attached is the logs. According to messages, after fedora killed rc main process, it should start to kill system-setup-keyboard, but it’s always trying to kill system-setup-keyboard or doing something else but never return the result (I did not see any relevant logs after step 1).), until I force-off the RH by pressing power button (step 3). In this scenario, XEN has exited (please see xend.log), but one of my customized app is still running, which cause the bunch “fb16..” relevant output which is normal.
