FWIW, if you want a hackish workaround to the problem:

mkdir -p /etc/ssl/certs &&
ln -sv /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

They must have hard-coded that path, which is incorrect for Fedora.
