I used preupgrade to go from F13 to F15 and had almost no problem to do this.* Preupgrade complained about my data disk so I removed this from the fstab file to allow preupgrade to run.* After f15 was installed I reverted my fstab to the previous and no problems since.* Hope that you can have the same results...
