Rpmfusion seems to be there.
 

For all the folks anxiously awaiting the advent of
official rpmfusion repos for f15, I just visited
rpmfusion.org and found the configuration info
now includes f15.

This is not an official statement, I just happened to
notice and thought folks might want to know.
