Default No system-config-display rpm package in F14

So, what happened to system-config-display in F14??
It is neither among the released rpms, nor the updated
rpms.

It is no longer maintained and has been removed. X autodetection has
improved a lot over the years since it was originally written and in
some cases, the configuration it created resulted in more problems. If
you must use it, you can pick up a older version from
http://koji.fedoraproject.org
