Default Suggestion - Before Installing A Mini-Laptop in Fedora

If your using a External USB CD/DVD on a Mini-Laptop , I would suggest
you connect it to the Mini-Laptop before installing Fedora.

So auto settings can be made to set DVD=/dev/sr0
