Gdk-ERROR **: The program 'Banshee' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'.
(Details: serial 2603 error_code 8 request_code 2 minor_code 0)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error()
function.)

Got a SIGABRT while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.

Does anyone have any idea? Thanks.

banshee crashing bug probably ought to be reported to bugzilla.redhat.com
(or use abrt if caught there).
For what it's worth, banshee runs fine on my kde desktop,
rpm -q banshee
banshee-1.6.1-3.fc13.x86_64
