Default sysinstall

hi all...

coming from the bsd world i have deal with an old fedora 2 machine.
bsd systems have something called sysinstall that helps on building file
systems, slices and such.
what is the utility on fedora core 2 system that takes care of the same
problems?

Default sysinstall

#setup - to change existing settings

#fdisk - create/remove disk partitions

#mkfs - make filesystem.
