I just verified that the previous kernel (2.6.31.9-174.fc12.x86_64) works, but
the latest kernel (2.6.31.12-174.2.3.fc12.x86_64) has the above issue

Either of you submitted a Bugzilla on it and, if so, do you have the
case ID?

Thanks,
Paul

FWIW, this problem does not occur on my 32-bit system running
2.6.31.12-174.2.3.fc12.i686.PAE. I only tested using a single file of
14k. Is it all files....long/short? Using or not using wild cards?

I just tried to scp a directory between 2 F12 systems (both 64 bit) and
it worked. The directory contained small and large files. One was a
laptop one was a desktop and the network connection was wireless.

After further digging I found this:

If I run scp with a -4 (Forces scp to use IPv4 addresses only) then it works.
Any Ideas why this would be an issue? Would this be a network config on my
laptop? or on the remote server I'm scp'ing from (it's running the latest
CentOS)? Or something else?
