RPMForge [http://rpmrepo.org/RPMforge] has more packages for RHEL and
Clones than RPMFusion.

For multimedia stuffs there is a guide to setup CentOS 5 which can apply RHEL-5

Install the Fedora EPEL repository [1] and RPMFusion [2], which use the
same packaging practices as Fedora, work well together and do not
contain any conflicting packages with RHEL. Other distros may upgrade
some RHEL core packages, that make you lose its stability.
