log lvcreate commands
I'm in the middle of debugging a problem with lvcreate in Anaconda in RHEL
5.1 and I added a line to log the lvcreate commands as they're called. I'm still debugging the problem, but the extra output in the logs confirmed my suspicions, so it may be useful to others as well.
