Default Intel Wireless 3945ABG Problem with Kernel 2.6.25.14-69.fc8

Hello Friends

After updating the kernel last night my Network controller: Intel
Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection (rev 02) has
ceased working. I can send this mail with a reboot by
2.6.25.11-60.fc8, after a whole frustrating day. Though all this time
'iwconfig' or 'iwlist scan' are giving expected results all through.
But, finally, 'ifup wlan0' or 'service network restart' are not
working, the output being something like this after a very long time:

<<
[root@dia ~]# service network restart
Shutting down loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up interface wlan0: Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.

Determining IP information for wlan0...PING 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1)
from 192.168.1.3 wlan0: 56(84) bytes of data.

--- 192.168.1.1 ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 0 received, +3 errors, 100% packet loss, time 2999ms
, pipe 3
failed.

>>
(My wireless device is wlan0, and it is connected to a Siemens SL2_141
router with dhcp.)

Any help or information from anyone?

Default Intel Wireless 3945ABG Problem with Kernel 2.6.25.14-69.fc8

Sorry to disturb you all. I misreported it.

After I once connected it with the old kernel, the new kernel is
working fine too. I don't know why it happened.

Anyway, sorry.

No, actually the problem was there. For a few days I suffered from the
69 kernel, in some cases it was working, and in some cases the
iwconfig was giving disassociation report and it was remaining like
that how many times I may try. So, later, I uninstalled the 69 kernel,
keeping just the 60 kernel there. In that sense, there is no problem
any more. But, I wanted to report this just if it some help to the
developer friends.
