Default Panel resuscitation

On a Mandriva laptop I have just installed KDE4, which is rock-solid on this
ancient laptop. I've lost the panel altogether, so I found Rex's earlier
instruction to remove some plasma* config files, which I've done, but that
hasn't brought the panel back. I can't find the command that would work from
Run to get it back. Can someone please give me the incantation? Thanks

Anne
