Yes.

So far, there hasn't been a fixed time, AFAICT.
On similar occasions in the past, I usually issued a 1 week dead-line
and closed them 1 week+.
Though some people might consider this to be "too short", experience
told, submitters usually are reacting "fairly immediately" or "never".

If no response is received from the reporter within 1 month
and 1 week (final warning), the review can be closed.
Usually I
- request reply from the reporter every one week, for 4 times
- after 1 month, I warn that the review request is to be closed
within another one week.
