Default How to create a .spec file for a software that user cmake?

Hi folks,
I'm trying to package a software that use cmake to be build.
In the process the software (octaviz) asks me to do this:
*** - run ccmake . in Octaviz root directory
******* - press "c" to configure

******* - press "g" to generate Makefiles
******* - press "q" to quit ccmake
*** - run make
*** - make install
Can someone give me a hint on the correct way that my %build section needs to be?

Thanks
