You do, although the "smart people" in FESCo just removed the 'make
force-tag' target. You can still do 'TAG_OPTS=-f make tag' or some such
and it'll happily force the tag for you.

Nice. Thanks for the info.

Now to convince FESCo to make a new target called 'tag-force' that runs
'TAG_OPTS=-f make tag'
