Hi Lists,

I would like to submit the current draft of the Haskell Packaging
Guidelines for a formal review. I have the packages listed on the
DraftsToDo site, and everything you need should be contained within
the wiki.

There are still a few outstanding questions, but I think they could be
better answered by the Packaging Committee rather than myself. Please
let me know if there are to be any official meetings to discuss
details about this, so I can be present.
