So we're not going to sell the shirts and admission to FUDCon is free,
which means that it's not "commercial".





Well the "non-commercial" clause in the CC licenses are problematic for
various reasons including the issue of defining what exactly is
considered commercial activity. I think using a different picture that
allows commercial activity is better.

If pics of Boston and surounding ares is need, I can easily shoot in take some pics, I live about 15 miles south of the city, so it only takes about 1/2 an hour to get there, and I could go and take a bunch of shots from all over the city if you guys would like.
