Default Rocket clock banner?

At the Marketing event, Russell Harrison made an awesome "rocket
clock" graphic that might be usable for a countdown banner.

Russell, were you interested in proposing something to the Design team
to use for the countdown banner? I noticed that someone has already
proposed a F13 countdown banner on the design-team list:

Now is probably the time to get any competing ideas into place -- the
countdown banner will start in just under two weeks, and whatever we
use needs to be added to the website before that point.
