Hi!
I've been a happy Fedora user for some years, but now I'd like to give some contribution to the project.
I'm going to package gnome-shell-extension-weather (URL: https://github.com/simon04/gnome-shell-extension-weather),
an useful extension for Gnome Shell to display weather information,
which I think deserves to be included in the official repositories.

I've filed a review request in Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=751537. Please review the package and let me know if it's OK.

Best regards,
Odysseus

The link to the review request in the first message is wrong.
Here's the correct one: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=751537
Waiting anxiously for your reviews... ;-)

Default Self Introduction

Having been a Fedora (and RedHat before that) user for more years then I
care to think about I have decided that it must be high time for me to
contribute my first package.

So I have opened a review request for libgxps with the aim of getting
support for XPS files into evince. The review request is here:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=751568

Now all I need is a sponsor and some reviews...

Tom

I've just packaged the great Zukitwo theme for Gnome Shell and submitted it for review (here's the review request on Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=752169 ).

Please let me know what you think about it. I'm still seeking a sponsor.
Regards,
M.M.

Default Self Introduction

Hello, everyone,
and let me introduce myself:

I am the PhD student, currently located in Jena, Germany. My primary
research area is Mathematics, but for more then 5 years I have been
the active member of Russian Fedora community, mainly as a support and
local administrator. I've worked on some doc translations and bug
reporting, but now I want to make a step further (or deeper).

So this is my first package I'd like to present - It is a game, and
rather promising one from my point of view:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=753513

Feel free to comment and to become a sponsor maybe?

Default Self Introduction

Hi folks,
This is just one more email on this quite high-traffic list. So, I'd really appreciate if you read it.

I'm Alexey Vasyukov (FAS username - anganar). I participate in Fedora Project for about 3 years, and my RHEL / Fedora experience is about 7 years.*I work at MIPT (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology).

I have found recently that one of the research groups at MIPT uses Gmsh engineering software at workstations powered by Fedora and HPC cluster powered by RHEL. However, Gmsh is not packaged for Fedora and RHEL. So, I'd like to contribute this package to make setup for these guys a bit simplier.

Review request -*https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=753577
I kindly ask you to review it and, if possible, sponsor me.

Kind regards,Alexey
