There seems to be an issue with the 'file browse' button

Hash: SHA1 I have updated to virt-manager 6.1 and libvirt 6.1. On the screen where I am trying to provision a remote server, with local install media, the button where it should let me browse for the iso is greyed out. And if I manually put the location of the media in the box, it still says it can't find it. - -William -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkmu4R0ACgkQZ63Azu7rahr1kwCeKHul+3+oBo cR2m/YitTy3Xlf oQYAoKPnIXi5Dctvth6DBZu2lMaqQ1RU =7ei9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ et-mgmt-tools mailing list et-mgmt-tools@redhat.com https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/et-mgmt-tools |

The reason it likely cant find the media on the remote host is that the media needs to be 'managed' by libvirt. If you are using an iso file, you'll have to add the parent directory as libvirt storage pool. See http://virt-manager.org/page/RemoteVMCreation for more info. - Cole _______________________________________________ et-mgmt-tools mailing list et-mgmt-tools@redhat.com https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/et-mgmt-tools |
