usb device not detecting
 
I am using Dell XPS 15 laptop......all my ports are usb 3.0
port........it doesnot detect any usb device........i tried to add
kernel parameters xhci.enable=1......but still the problem persist....
i hope that you will provide me a suitable solution for the above problem........my lsusb o/p is:


Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0421:0187 Nokia Mobile Phones

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 8087:0020 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:0020 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
