Default change request (CROND)

This weekends outage we disabled crond on a bunch of the boxes. We forgot
to re-enable them on a few. I'd like to enable them.

Risk: Moderate

I can't think of anything that'd break per-say.. Its just a couple of
boxes though. None of them in Fedora's critical path except for our
torrent server.

anyone want to +1?

-Mike
