Default Puppet and or edits of non-wiki pages?

Which groups of the project looks after using puppet,
editing non-wiki web-pages?
Couldn't seen this info on infra services web services.

I would be looking only in releation to a small subset,
relation to freemedia stuff.

While I'm here what web-server backends are used.
eg If a web-app was created in ruby what would it run on.
Infras prefrence for web-apps?

We have some a Django app, a Drupal instance, and most of our home
grown apps are in TurboGears. See:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Services
for more info.

We don't currently have any ruby apps or experience with them, but of
course that could change.

This is why send buttons are evil.

It certainly looked like a Cancel button.
