Default Plan for seperation

I'd like to start running our own internal DNS servers and internal load
balancers in PHX. Anyone against this? I'll be creating tickets soon.

What happens when RHT decides suddenly to change the internal VIP for
Bugzila, for instance (and I'm sure there's a few other RHT-internal
entries that we rely on). Just food for thought.
