Default New Key Repo Locations v2

Slight correction. Paths have not changed, but I have changed the repo
names so debuginfo and source are always at the end.

What are the mirrorlist strings you're going to use? MM doesn't care
what you put as the repo name [fedora] or [fedora-newkey], but it
cares very much what you put as mirrorlist?repo=fedora-9.newkey.

Thanks,
Matt
