Default restore or replace admin server

I have an instance of 389DS that currently has a broken admin server. Somehow the admin DIT got deleted. Is there a way to rebuild or replace it? There is currently no backup available.

Running setup-ds-admin.pl -u on all of your servers might help.*
Otherwise, not sure.
