Default changelog

hi all,

**Not sure if any of you have got the changelog config going with respect to the following changes to it:

**Based on the docs from:

**I have configured the nsslapd-changelogmaxentries variable below, but it has not taken any effect whatsoever. (restart dirsrv doesn't help too). Anyone got something similar going?

/etc/dirsrv/slapd-cplusldap/dse.ldif
