Default 389 DS 1.2.2 - nsaimpresence object class problem

Hello,
I'd like to ask you for help.
I'm experiencing exactly same problem as is described here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=553636
As we are using 389 LDAP server in version 1.2.2 (released 2009?), is
there any help for me?
Really thanks for any hint.
