Well, you do have 1.2.6.1-2 which should have the fix for Bug 634561 -
Server crushes when using Windows Sync Agreement which I have seen cause
a similar problem. I guess this is a different issue then. How easy is
it to reproduce?

It tends to happen when we're attempting to resolve an unhappy LDAP cluster
or resolve conflicts. It actually is quite reminiscent of:

and when I have (a lot) of free time to spare I might try replicating
those conditions.
