Is there any tool designed for mesuring LDAP CPU/MEM utilisation ? Or
any method ?

You can see per-process memory and cpu utilization with tools such as
'top', but these won't tell you anything about performance.


Performance is best measured using a test client tool like slamd or ldclt.
