This is me, totally sorry. I've started using python-bugzilla which
can suppress mail notifications to close trackers. Not entirely sure
the effect of that flag on dependent bugs, but with some luck, the
mailbomb is over

I don't have a problem; I just didn't know where they were coming from
(and I didn't realize I was on that many bugs that had been attached to
trackers :-) ).
