Default updated cross-gcc rpm

Sorry for the delay, I've folded this into cross5. Can you test if
I didn't miss anything? (Is it now time to move
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM/CrossToolchain one
level up in the wiki and make the page not ARM-specific?)
