Hello All!
For those who not afraid russian - here is a press release:

For those who afraid - CuneiForm is one of major OCR ystens in late
1990ies. It could compete with FineReader in the field of speed and
accuracy but since 1990s it lags in terms of usability and integration
with modern office suites.

Unlike to Tesseract/Ocropus it offers complete OCR base but with tight
win32-integration (authors promise that will be some work in
compatibility direction and one of their goals will be porting to
Linux).

I know this is OffTopic, but maybe someone missed this news

Also unlike Tesseract/Octopus it was written outside the USA, so it
actually has a notion non-ASCII glyphs exist
