Default Install steps on grub.conf

It seems like it would be a nice thing to move any existing grub.conf file
to some kind of backup and not just step on it.

Since grub.conf isn't part of an rpm I don't think it makes sense to save it
as grub.conf.rpmsave.

But I think it would make sense to do something like grub.conf.<date>.
