Hi,

gpsd in rawhide has been updated to 3.0. This breaks ABI and API too,
there seem to be 9 packages that will need rebuild and possibly some
patching to the new API.

In a test rebuild in mock:

passed:
kdebase-workspace
vfrnav
xtide

failed:
gpsdrive
kdeedu
qlandkartegt
qtgpsc
vifir
viking

The changes in API are briefly described here:
