Default Review Request for pytest and pycmd

I would like to request a review of two new packages that are a result
of pytest splitting off from libpy so that they can be included in F16.

pycmd - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=675588
pytest - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=675587

I am not the maintainer for these packages but I can't do package
reviews yet and would like to see them in the main repos because we're
starting to use py.test 2.0 in AutoQA for self-tests. Since I cannot do
reviews myself, I cannot offer a review swap but I can offer to
review/write test cases or some other work in trade.

I have already gone through a review checklist and didn't find any
problems so the reviews should be a little quicker than they might
otherwise be.

If anyone is interested, let me know what you would like to have done
in exchange.

Thanks,

Tim
