Default Power Management Test Day (2011-03-24) recap

Hi,

thanks all for participation in Power Management Test Day -
we received great response. If you missed the event, you can

PM Test Day Stats:

28 unique participants
27 unique machines
30 participants in total

260 tests were finished in total
177 tests passed
37 tests passed with warning
46 tests failed

It means that:

68% of tests passed
82% of tests passed (if counting warn as pass)


Bugzilla:

Several bugs were filled into bugzilla during the PM Test
Day (listing bugs noted on the wiki):

#663993 SELinux is preventing /sbin/consoletype from 'read' accesses on the file /var/log/pm-suspend.log.
#684415 SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/wpa_supplicant from using the 'sys_module' capabilities.
#684854 No tab-bar in powertop
#690171 Some of tunables aren't changable back to bad
#690177 tuned switch (stopping of ktune) profile problem
#690194 tuned stalls when changing profiles
#690476 "pm-suspend" does not suspend the system
#690601 Acer Aspire: Power button still flashes orange after failed hibernation
#691117 pm-hibernate of pm-utils deletes grub
