Default Fedora as semantic desktop (nautilus and tracker integration) ?

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=501227

I'm writing to devel list just if anybody can say will there be any
chance to get nautilus and tracker integration working? Is this on
anybody's radar?

Thanks,
Valent.

Is this feature abandoned because of GNOME 3? Will GNOME 3 have some
similar integration with tracker?

It's more likely to be integrated with Zeitgeist:

GNOME 3 does not really affect tracker <> nautilus integration at all.

There are plans to have support for files (presumably including tagging)
in the shell (see e.g.
http://blogs.gnome.org/mccann/2010/04/07/the-grip-the-trip-and-the-slip/ ) and there's also some code from the Zeitgeist team (http://seilo.geekyogre.com/2010/12/revisiting-gnome-shell-zeitgeist/ ).
I don't know how much of this will be available in 3.0, though. It
might end up being a 3.2 feature.

Well, try Dolphin with Nepomuk integration. :-)
