Appeal to finish the change in maintainer for the openjpeg package.
 

Someone with that right permissions need to change who maintains the openjpeg package in Fedora. **Callum Lerwick has been AWOL for a long time now and has even said that he is not interested in long term maintenance of packages in a post over a year ago.

I have had a bug open since F12 regarding a crash of evinced caused by openjpeg.

There was a "Non-responsive openjpeg maintainer" bug stared against the openjpeg package but it looks like some needed patches are not getting applied to openjpeg.*
