Default How to contact Matthias Saou?

According to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers
,
I now ask if anyone knows how to contact Matthias Saou.

I would like to co-maintain the package 'gentoo'.
I have provided enough information to update this package.
Refer to: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=561303

Cheers

You can go to IRC channel #fedora-admin, and say that the packager of gentoo disappears. You can not contract with him. Then admin follows your case.*

I had started[1] this process weeks ago. He rebuilt easytag a few days
after my initial e-mail but for an unrelated bug report. He has not
responded to my direct e-mails or bug reports or shown any other
activity since.

I would like to see "let all packagers edit this package" feature in pkgdb ASAP. Thus, we can make┬*many trival
packages to be editable for all packagers after defining a scope for┬*trival package.
e.g.
Trival packages which┬*don't have┬*a co-maintainer should be editable for other packagers.
┬*
Regard.

Ah, no thanks. I have packages without a co-maintainer and i don't
want anyone be able to fiddle with it. May the package or fix be
trivial or not. I prefer to have a provenpackager for that.

This could be done with a┬*┬*QA page which compares upstream version and rawhide version. A trival package(like former fedora extras) without a co-maintainer which lags for more than 3 months┬* should be editable for all others.
┬*
We can also leave┬*a choice like "packager group members can commit" like "provenpackager group members can commit". This may benifit fedora a lot to be a bleed-edge OS.
