Default orphaning a slew of packages

I'm orphaning a bunch of packages for various reasons, listed below, so
I can focus more on other areas of Fedora. Please take them up if you
find them useful or wish to continue maintaining them.

== Don't have time/patience to maintain ==
* tremulous (has some pretty challenging bugs with it)

== Seemingly dead upstreams ==
* csstidy
* mediawiki-HNP (don't take this package, not compatible with newer
* mediawiki-StubManager (same as above)
* tremfusion

== Don't use enough to test anymore ==
* django-authopenid (upstream seems stalled as well)
* flam3 & qosmic (qosmic depends on flam3)
* nettle
* pyfacebook (upstream seems stalled as well)
* xautolock
* xmountains

These packages will be orphaned as of sending this email, so please take
them if you want them.
