Default "not tagged with dist-f8-updates-candidate"

When I attempt to edit this update:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F8/pending/openvrml-0.17.2-1.fc8

... I get a message:

openvrml-0.17.2-1.fc8 not tagged with dist-f8-updates-candidate

What does this mean, exactly? (In particular to why I can't edit the
update.)

This should hopefully be fixed. For some reason the status of this
update never got changed to 'testing' when it was pushed. I'll look into why
this happened, but you should be able to edit it now.
