Default Rawhide + debug pkgs

Is it possible to come up with some method.

Whereby you can automatically install a debug pks
for every rpm on a rawhide box.

Instead of having to install as and when problems,
or in a piecemeal fashion.

Not a dev (yet), so not something that could as yet come myself.

Something like this could work (except it would not filter out noarch pkgs):
rpm -qa --qf '%{name}
'|xargs debuginfo-install -y
